The kid from the television show Dino Dan has some new competition and his name is Ryder. It all started three weeks before his birthday, when Ryder said he wanted a Dinosaur Bone Hunt Party. We were able to talk him into just a regular Dinosaur Party since I wasn't able to round up a truck load of dinosaur bones for him and his friends to dig up. Instead he got this prehistoric party...

We used the trusty ol' "Wild Blue Yonder-Mobile" for an outdoor game of pin the tail on the stegosaurus.
Thank you Dollar Tree for stocking up on Dino Hats. It's like you knew I was coming.
We did our own version of an archaeological dig in the back field and unearthed some dino skeletons.
Next we had pizza and opened (ripped apart) presents.
Ryder and Grandma Finch with a couple of his new games.
His birthday cake came complete with a volcano spouting lava and mean looking dinos.
Ryder had been counting down the days to turn four and since he's made it to that ripe old age, he says he is so happy to be big. He made sure to let us know that he can now:
Run faster
Go underneath the water
Have more sleepovers
He's now counting down the days to when he turns five.
